CHAPTER 195 AN ACT TO CREATE A SPECIAL TAX SCHOOL DISTRICT IN THE COUNTIES OF SAMPSON AND DUPLIN. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Said trustees and their successors shall be subject to the same rules, regulations and duties which govern committeemen of any public school; and the board of education and superintendents of public instruction of said counties shall have the same powers and control over their respective appointees on said board as the law gives them over school committeemen of any public school in said counties.
