CHAPTER 195 AN ACT TO CREATE A SPECIAL TAX SCHOOL DISTRICT IN THE COUNTIES OF SAMPSON AND DUPLIN. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That all moneys collected under this act from that part of said district which lies in Duplin County shall be paid over to the Treasurer of Sampson County, who shall hold the same subject to the orders of said board of trustees and the Board of Education of Sampson County.
