CHAPTER 260 AN ACT TO REDUCE THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN, IN PITT COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That chapter one hundred and fifteen of the Private Laws of one thousand nine hundred and three be and the same is hereby amended by striking out section two thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
