CHAPTER 409 AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF HEN- DERSONVILLE IN HENDERSON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall not repeal any of the provisions of the present road law in Henderson County, but all other clauses of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
