CHAPTER 417 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF RICHLANDS IN THH COUNTY OF ONSLOW. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the corporate limits of said town shall be as follows, viz.: Beginning at the center of the Methodist Church Building in said town and running north one-half mile and running from the center of said building east one-half mile, and running from center of said building south one-half mile, and running from center of said building west one-half mile, and shall comprise one mile square.
