CHAPTER 46 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A GRADED SCHOOL IN THE TOWN OF SPENCER, AND SUPPLEMENTAL TO AN ACT ENTI- TLED AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF SPENCER TO ISSUE BONDS FOR GRADED SCHOOLS AND OTHER PURPOSES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times, and ratified this 7th day of February, A. D. 1905
