CHAPTER 108 AN ACT TO REVISE, CONSOLIDATE AND AMEND THE PHARMACY LAW. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the board of pharmacy may issue license to practice as pharmacists in this State, without examination, to such persons as have been legally registered or licensed as pharmacists by other boards of pharmacy: Provided, that the applicant for such license shall present satisfactory evidence of the same qualifications as are required from licentiates in this State, and that he was registered or licensed by examination by such other board of pharmacy, and that the standard of competence required by such board of pharmacy is not lower than that required in this State: Provided further, that applicants for license under this section shall, with their application. forward to the secretary of the board of pharmacy the same fees as are required of other candidates for license.
