CHAPTER 114 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 2, PUBLIC LAWS OF 1901, ENTITLED AN ACT TO REVISE THE CORPORATION LAW OF NORTH CAROLINA, AND TO PROVIDE THAT IN THE ABSENCE OF THE SECRETARY THE ASSISTANT SHCRETARY MAY AFFIX AND ATTEST THE CORPORATE SEAL. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times, and ratified this the 6th day of February, A. D. 1905
