CHAPTER 124 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH GRADED SCHOOLS IN THE TOWN OF FREMONT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the board of trustees shall publish in a newspaper published in the county of Wayne an annual itemized statement of the receipts and expenditures on account of and for the said graded schools.
