CHAPTER 550 AN ACT TO PROTECT THE STOCK IN THE VICINITY OF WINTERVILLE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That any person willfully permitting his or her live stock to run at large within the aforesaid boundaries shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction may be fined not exceeding fifty dollars ($50) or imprisoned not exceeding thirty -380 days.
