CHAPTER 168 a . AN ACT TO CHARTER NAZARETH ORPHANS HOME, IN 4 THE COUNTY OF ROWAN.
That the managers of the said home shall not exceed twelve -12 in number, all of. whom shall be elected by the Nassis of North Carolina, Reformed Church in the United States; and the managers shall at all times be amenable to the said assis, and may be removed by such Classis at any time for fause. That the managers shall be elected by the said Classis ander such rules and regulations as the Classis may prescribe, and the term of office of each of the managers shall be fixed by he Classis.
