CHAPTER 425 AN ACT TO AMEND AND CONSOLIDATE THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF PINE LEVEL, IN JOHNSTON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That all penalties imposed by law relating to the town of Pine Level, or by this act or by any ordinance of the town, unless otherwise provided, shall be recoverable in the name of the Town of Pine Level before the mayor or any tribunal having jurisdiction thereof.
