CHAPTER 429 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE EAST KINGS MOUNTAIN, IN GASTON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That an election shall be held in said town for the election of mayor and aldermen of said town on the first Monday in May, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and biennially thereafter.
