CHAPTER 519 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF HAYWOOD COUNTY TO PURCHASE A HOME FOR AGED, INFIRM AND POOR INDIGENTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That for the purpose of paying the interest on said bonds and to create a sinking fund te pay said bonds at maturity, | the said Board of Commissioners shall, on the first Monday of | June hereafter, levy a tax of not exceeding three cents on the | one hundred dollars worth of property in said county and not exceeding nine cents on each poll in said county, the constitutional equation to be at all times observed.
