CHAPTER 9 AN ACT TO ABOLISH THE JUNE TERM OF SUPERIOR COURT FOR WATAUGA COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the June term of the Superior Court for Watauga County be and the same is hereby abolished.
