CHAPTER 61 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE HIAWASSEE VALLEY RAILWAY COMPANY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The stockholders of said company, or board of directors under a resolution of the stockholders, may enact such bylaws, rules and regulations for the management of the affairs of the company as they may deem proper and expedient. ~Meetings of the stockholders and directors may be held at such times and places as the stockholders and board of directors may respectively prescribe.
