CHAPTER 31 AN ACT FOR WORKING AND IMPROVING THE PUBLIC ROADS OF STEELES, MINERAL SPRINGS AND BLACK JACK TOWNSHIPS, RICHMOND COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do. enact:
That sections six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven and twelve of chapter three hundred and eighty-four, Laws of one thousand nine hundred and five, are hereby re-enacted as sections four, five, six, seven, eight, nine and ten of this act.
