CHAPTER 305 AN ACT TO PROVIDE A SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTING AND KEEPING IN REPAIR THE PUBLIC ROADS OF MONT- GOMERY COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That with the view of getting a proper grade, etc., in laying out or wending any public road, as provided in this act, the authorities herein authorized to lay out and locate the same may employ a competent surveyor, who shall be paid by the county for his services.
