CHAPTER 814 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE COMMISSIONERS OF NASH COUNTY TO ISSUE BONDS FOR CASTALIA TOWNSHIP FOR THE PURPOSE OF AIDING IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A RAILROAD TO CASTALIA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That said bonds shall not be sold, hypothecated or otherwise disposed of for less than their par value, nor shall said bonds nor their proceeds be used for any purpose other than the purpose mentioned in this act.
