CHAPTER 819 AN ACT RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC ROAD IN TYRRELL COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

In the event a majority of the qualified voters of Tyrrell County shall vote For Road, it shall be lawful for and the duty of the said board of commissioners to have laid out and constructed a public road between points named in the petition or petitions aforesaid as quickly as the same can be done with the funds provided for in this act, and shall do all things necessary to accomplish this; and in case of inability to acquire right of way for said road, by gift or by purchase, at a price deemed fair, they shall have and exercise all the rights of condemnation granted to them and exercised by them in the laying out and constructing roads under the laws relating thereto contained in the revised statutes of one thousand nine hundred and five and the amendments thereto.
