CHAPTER 121 AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR STATE INSTITUTIONS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is hereby annually appropriated for the support and maintenance of the Cullowhee Normal and Industrial School at Cullowhee; and the further sum of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500) is hereby appropriated annually for years one thousand nine hundred and eleven and one thousand nine hundred and twelve, for equipment and improvements.
