CHAPTER 713 AN ACT TO CREATE A RECORDERS COURT FOR THE TOWN OF COOLEEMEE AND JERUSALEM TOWNSHIP AND DE- FINE JURISDICTION AND TERRITORY THEREOF. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That a recorders court is hereby established and cre-F ated, to be known as the Recorders Court for the District of Coo- leemee, which shall comprise all of Jerusalem Township, in Davie 1 County.
