CHAPTER 102 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 72 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF THE SESSION 1899, BEING AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF SYLVA, NORTH CAROLINA, AND ACTS AMENDATORY THEREOF, AND TO PROVIDE FOR AN ISSUE OF BONDS AND TO LEVY A TAX. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That all laws and clauses of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
