CHAPTER 105 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 316, PRIVATE LAWS OF 1903, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 221, PRIVATE LAWS OF 1907, RELATIVE TO THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF WEN- DELL. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This act shall be in force from and after its ratification, Ratified this the 11th day of October, A. D. 1913
