CHAPTER 131 , AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7 OF CHAPTER 114 OF THE PRIVATE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 1913, RE- GARDING CARY HIGH SCHOOL, AT CARY, WAKE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That section seven of chapter one hundred and fourteen of the Private Laws passed at the regular session of the General Assembly of North Carolina for the year one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, regarding Cary High School, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That when the said bonds are issued and sold the proceeds thereof shall be deposited with the treasurer of the trustees of Cary High School, and the same shall be expended by the said board of education in such manner and for such purposes in the building and equipment of a public high school building in said district and in the maintenance of said high school as a majority of the trustees herein mentioned shall direct, and no other; for the faithful performance of his duties in this respect the said treasurer of the trustees shall execute an official bond payable to the State of North Carolina for the use of said trustees in the usual manner, in such an amount as the board of county commissioners may direct: Provided, that if the said treasurer of the trustees shall not give said bond, the treasurer of the school fund shall continue to be the custodian of the said proceeds under the original provisions of section seven, chapter one hundred and fourteen.
