CHAPTER 294 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 222 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1889 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That section three of chapter two hundred and twenty-two of the Private Laws of one thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine, in its entirety, be stricken out and the following substituted therefor: That the commissioners of the town of Mount Holly shall not hold an election for the election of a mayor and four commissioners on the first Monday in May of the Priv.d5 year one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, but that said the present mayor and commissioners shall remain in office until the first Monday in July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
