CHAPTER 538 AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED AN ACT TO ESTAB- LISH WITHIN THE CITY OF ASHEVILLE A SPECIAL COURT TO BE CALLED THE POLICE COURT, AND PRE- SCRIBE THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, THE SAME BE- ING CHAPTER 35 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1905 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in full force from and after its atification. Ratified this the 17th day of February, A. D. 1913
