CHAPTER 59 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE CITY OF RALEIGH, AND TO REPEAL ITS PRESENT CHARTER AND ALL LAWS IN CONFLICT WITH: THIS ACT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
