CHAPTER 6 AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 98, PUBLIC LAWS OF 1913, AND TO AMEND CHAPTER 509, PUBLIC LAWS OF 1909, RELATING TO DRAINAGE OF CERTAIN LANDS IN HYDE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That chapter ninety-eight of the Public Laws of nineteen hundred and thirteen be and the same is hereby repealed.
