CHAPTER 182 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE AVERY AND NORTH- WESTERN RAILROAD COMPANY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 4th day of March, A. D. 1915
