CHAPTER 389 AN ACT TO-AMEND CHAPTER 5 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1909, AND CHAPTER 263 OF THE PUBLIC LAWS OF 1907, AND CHAPTER 340 OF THE PUBLIC LAWS OF 1903, RELATING TO SCHOOLS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That all laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this act are hereby repealed.
