CHAPTER 395 AN ACT TO EMPOWER THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF NORTHAMPTON COUNTY TO ALTER THE BOUNDARY LINE OF LASKER SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. ; Ratified this the 9th day of March, A. General Assembly of North Carolina passed an act entitled An section 5349 of the Revisal of 1905, and provide for the classifidlication of the acts of the General Assembly into Public, Publicivate Laws. 1ce with this law, the acts of 1915 have been classified into -Local, and Private Laws. All laws of State-wide application ssed as public; laws of a public nature, but of only local applieen classed as public-local; and all charters and laws in relation owns are classed as private. J.
