CHAPTER 105 AN ACT TO REVISE THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF NASHVILLE. Whereas, owing to the growth of the town of Nashville, its charter and laws governing the same, contained in numerous acts of the General Assembly enacted from time to time, is no longer suited to its needs; and whereas the governing authorities of said municipal corporation and its citizens are desirous that its powers shall be enlarged and its boundaries extended and more clearly defined: Therefore, The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That all annual licenses issued in pursuance of this act shall expire on the thirty-first day of May next succeeding the day of issuance.
