CHAPTER 29 AN ACT TO VALIDATE THE BOND ISSUE OF 1916 IN GRIFTON SPECIAL SCHOOL-TAX DISTRICT, No. 1, IN THE COUNTIES OF PITT AND LENOIR. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the public school committee of said school district are hereby authorized and directed to apply a sufficient amount of the special tax levied iin said district by authority of chapter three hundred and sixty-three, Private Laws one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, as may be necessary to pay the interest on the bonds referred to in section one of this act and to provide such sinking fund as may. be necessary to retire said bonds at maturity.
