CHAPTER 33 AN ACT TO SUBMIT A BOND ISSUE TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF WASHINGTON. Whereas the city of Washington, a municipal corporation, lo- cated in the county of Beaufort, State of North Carolina, is the owner of five-sixths undivided interest in a certain piece of prop- erty located in the said city, known as the public wharf prop- erty, and the board of aldermen of said city are desirous of be- ing empowered to call an election to submit to the qualified voters of said city the question of purchasing the other one- sixth undivided interest in said property: Now, therefore, The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That all laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this act are hereby repealed.
