CHAPTER 48 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 237, PRIVATE LAWS OF 1911, AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF JONESVILLE TO ISSUE BONDS, INCREASING THI TAX RATE BY THE ACT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That section four of said act be amended by striking out the words thirty cents after the words to exceed and before the word on in line seven thereof, and inserting in lieu thereof the words seventy-five cents, and by striking out the word ten after the word and and before the word since in line eight, and inserting in lieu thereof the word twenty-five.
