CHAPTER 145 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE PUBLICATION OF A ROSTER OR BLUE BOOK SHOWING THE OFFICERS AND EM- PLOYEES, AND THEIR COMPENSATION, IN EACH DE- PARTMENT OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the cost of printing said roster or Blue Book shall be paid by the State Treasurer upon the order of the Governor, who shall issue a requisition to the State Auditor for the cost of publishing the same, which requisition shall be approved by the State Auditor and paid by the State Treasurer out of any funds in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
