CHAPTER 200 AN ACT TO REVISE THE MILITARY LAWS OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA AND TO INCREASE THE EFFI- CIENCY OF THE MILITIA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

County CommissionersThe county commissioners may appropriate such sums of money to the various organizations of the National Guard or Naval Militia in their counties and at such times as the board may deem proper.
