CHAPTER 290 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 84, PUBLIC LAWS OF 1915, RELATING TO THE FISHERIES OF NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

It shall be the duty of the Fisheries Commission Board, upon issuing any license under the provisions of chapter eightyfour, Public Laws of one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, or under this act, to furnish with said license the printed regulations controlling the waters in which: such fisherman applying therefor proposes to fish.
