CHAPTER 291 AN ACT TO APPOINT MEMBERS OF THE COUNTY BOARDS OF EDUCATION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the following named persons are hereby ap pointed members of the county boards of education in and fo! their respective counties for a term of six years, except as other wise provided herein, from the first Monday of July, one thou sand nine hundred and seventeen, that is to say: AlexanderVan W.
