CHAPTER 291 AN ACT TO APPOINT MEMBERS OF THE COUNTY BOARDS OF EDUCATION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

All appointments under this act shall expire on the first Monday of April as provided by House Bill one thousand one hundred and forty-seven, Senate Bill one thousand one hundred and thirty, enacted by the General Assembly of nineteen hundred and seventeen, and entitled An act providing for the nomination and election of county boards of education.
