CHAPTER 109 AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF KINSTON. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That no member of the board of aldermen shall be eligible to hold any commisionership, superintendency or other position under the city during his term of office.
