CHAPTER 4 AN ACT TO ALLOW THE STONEY MOUNTAIN COMPANY TO MOVE THE REMAINS OF WALTER SIGMON TO THE HILL GIRT CEMETERY IN HENDERSON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 30th day of January, A. D. 1919
