CHAPTER 260 AN ACT TO AID NEEDY ORPHAN CHILDREN IN THE HOMES OF WORTHY MOTHERS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 26th day of February, A.D. 19238
