CHAPTER 261 AN ACT TO APPOINT JUSTICES OF THE PEACE FOR THE SEVERAL COUNTIES OF NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 3d day of March, A. D. 1923
