CHAPTER No. 262 AN ACT SUPPLEMENTAL TO AN ACT PASSED AT THE - PRESENT SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, ENTI- TLED AN ACT TO APPOINT JUSTICES OF THE PEACE FOR THE VARIOUS COUNTIES OF NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That an act passed at the present session of the General Assembly, entitled An act to appoint justices of the peace in the several counties of North Carolina, be and the same is hereby supplemented and amended by adding thereto as follows: The following named persons be and they are hereby appointed justices of the peace for their respective townships and counties in North Carolina for a term of six years, except when a different length of time is named herein, said terms to begin the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred twenty-three, or when their present terms of office expire: CASWELL COUNTY Hightowers TownshipR.
