CHAPTER 263 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 2, PUBLIC LAWS OF 1921, REGULAR SESSION, PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUC- TION AND MAINTENANCE OF A STATE SYSTEM OF HARD-SURFACED AND OTHER DEPENDABLE ROADS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force and effect from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 2d day of February, A. D. 1923
