CHAPTER 410 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR RETIREMENT OF COUNTY OFFICERS IN HENDERSON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That any officer who has held a county office in Henderson County for a period of time aggregating fifty years or more may, in his discretion, retire from office in the manner hereinafter provided.
