CHAPTER 122 AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 240 OF THE PUBLIC LAWS OF 1923, ENTITLED AN ACT TO AMEND THE CONSTITU- TION OF NORTH CAROLINA, IN REGARD TO THE TAXA- TION OF HOMES, HOMESTEADS, AND NOTES AND MORT- GAGES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That chapter two hundred and forty of the Public Laws cf one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three be and the same is hereby repealed. ;
