CHAPTER 9 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 1443 OF THE CONSOLIDATED STATUTES, RELATING TO THE COURTS OF HERTFORD COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That section fourteen hundred and forty-three -1443 of the Consolidated Statutes be and the same is hereby amended by striking out of said section the following words: HertfordFirst Monday before the first Monday in March sixth Monday after the first Monday in March, to continue for twe weeks; fourth Monday before the first Monday in September sixth Monday after the first Monday in September, to continue fo1 two weeks.
